Our History

From humble beginnings in 1985, Extol has become a recognized supplier of high quality, custom assembly machinery and plastics joining equipment. Approximately 65-employees work in our 47,000-square-foot facility located in Zeeland, Michigan. Our capabilities range from basic fixturing and stand alone inspection stations to designing, manufacturing, and integrating complex automation systems.

Employment Opportunities at Extol

Design Engineer

Extol has an employment opportunity for a Design Engineer with at least 2 years of custom machine design experience to work at our Zeeland, Michigan facility. The design engineer develops detailed designs for custom automated machines and tooling to meet customer expectations. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or product design, have experience with CAD systems such as Solidworks, and have proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Machine Builder

Extol, a west-Michigan based company providing custom and standard assembly equipment to the plastics joining industry, has an employment opportunity for an experienced machine builder to work at our Zeeland, Michigan facility. The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to work in a cross-functional team, have 3-5 years of experience building custom machines, and possess a journeyman card, or equivalent.
